Big Ten schedules for the 2024-25 season.
Conference Play Outlook: Big Ten programs will play a total of 20 conference games and an unbalanced schedule. Each member institution will play a 20-game conference schedule, playing three schools both home and away and facing the 14 remaining schools once. Of the home-and-home opponents, most have regional tie-ins. Of the 14 member schools returning each will make a trip to the West Coast once to face either the Los Angeles schools (UCLA/USC) or the Northwest Schools (Washington/Oregon) in tandem.
Gavitt Games Over: The 2023-24 season marked the end of the Gavitt Tip-Off Games, which began in 2015. Most of the B1G would take on eight Big East members annually as part of the scheduling alliance. Going forward, league members will have even more flexibility with their non-conference strength of schedule.
