BIG BOARD

The Big Board incorporates the 1-68 Seed List and the next set of teams in the hunt for an At-Large. This is intended to give the College Basketball community a glimpse of the big picture.

WEEKEND SUMMARY

The SEC race took an early turn as Florida knocked off Vanderbilt on the road, to assume the SEC’s automatic bid. In the American, South Florida was upended by Wichita State and Tulane lost at home to North Texas, opening the door for FAU to become the AAC’s rep. McNeese took a stunning loss at UT Rio Grande Valley, allowing the Jacks of SFA to takeover the Southland’s league race. North Dakota State secured the Summit projection with the showdown win over St. Thomas. ETSU is fully in charge of the SoCon for now, thanks to a Furman loss to bitter rival, Wofford. Austin Peay fell against Lipscomb, so its first-year eligible Queens alone in first place in the ASUN. Vermont’s surprise loss to Albany, swung the SOR tiebreaker to UMBC - welcome Retrievers! UMES kept handling business, while NC Central took its first loss in the MEAC. Stay tuned for most of these reps in tomorrow’s full bracket.
